New Potato Salad Recipe
Scrub a half kilo of new potatoes and cut in to bite-sized pieces, cook for about 20 minutes, drain, and then leave to cool in your Salad bowl.
Clean 8 to 10 spring onions, chop into half inch lengths, add to the potatoes and stir carefully.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the salad and stir again. Now add a creamy dressing of your choice, plain yoghurt, Salad cream, Mayonnaise, Crème fraiche, seasoning of salt and pepper and stir well.
